It is difficult to imagine a better team to manage my properties. I have used Santa Cruz Property Management Co for a long time and I have never had any problems. You can decide how much or how little you want to be involved and they accommodate your style. I prefer to be more hands off and they take care of everything without me getting involved. Of course, when needed, I am consulted but I do not remember any instance when I did not go with their recommendation or one of their suggestions.
